The competence broker profile it is now available in the REBASING “outcomes” section.
The profile is based on the literature analysis of the University of Padua and the University of Naples “Federico II” and on the analysis of the Norwegian Research-based Competence Broker managed by Bergen University College; it is moreover supported by the empirical evidences arisen from the interviews to opinion leaders and companies.
It includes the most common key activities identified and foresees:
- the description of tasks (per activity)
- the results that, consequently, a broker should achieve.
Each activity has been connected to a corresponding European Qualification Framework level – EQF, based on the degree of autonomy and responsibility, and it was provided with European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training points – ECVET.
